Family apartment Large apartment on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator) in a small building with garden. Ideally located, quiet, city center, between the RER D (6 min Gare de Lyon, 11 min Châtelet) and line 8 (20 min Bastille). All shops, swimming pool within 200 m, 1 bedroom at your disposal, 1 sofa bed. Parking is free 200 m from the house, in front of the stadium and pool. Master bedroom: one double bed 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, depending on the dates, possibility to take a 3rd guest, with extra charge. Bathroom accessible from the master bedroom Small bathroom with toilet and sink next to the kitchen. We're in the process of renovating the bathroom and our bedroom. There will no longer be a bathtub but a shower. I'll change the photos as soon as it's done. The kitchen has been redone too. Guest access In the kitchen, guests can use the condiments available as well as the hygiene products in the bathroom. In the living room, flat screen DVD player, Netflix, Wi-Fi Other things to note The bathroom is accessible through the master bedroom. The bathroom and bedroom are being redone, new photos as soon as the work is finished!
