The comfort of a family house, modern, air conditioned, easy to live in: -500m from the beach, -nice private pool, and its solarium, -12,5m mooring, for an easy access to the sea through the canals with your boat, -1 main living-room, 5 bedrooms, and a secondary living-room usable as a 6th bedroom, 4 bath rooms, 2 kitchens, 1 outside kitchen & terrace. The space You dispose of a private pool you can access any time, solar shower, a kayak to take a ride along the canals and mooring next to the house, if you bring your boat or rent it on site. The house is fully equiped, well ventilated and conditionned for hight heats. A few books and toys are available, as well as TNT/TDT channels (in French and Spanish languages) for your evenings and peaceful moments. The swimming pool not being heated, it is covered from November to March. Guest access The house consists of two floors, each of them having a living room and kitchen. So that we can host two families or independent groups, for instance the young and old who live on different paces. The garage and a room in first floor will remain closed to our guests, these are not displayed in the room inventory; this is needed to help us manage the house renting. The house has 2 kitchens and 2 living-rooms, one on each floor, the main living area being on first floor. The 6th bedroom is formed by the secondary living-room on ground floor which has a double sofa-bed and can be isolated from the corridor going to other bedrooms by curtains. Also note that one of the two rooms on first floor is accessed by crossing the terrace.
