Beautifully decorated with the coziest furniture and good old mosaic tiles on the floor to give you that perfect homely feel. Tucked away in the center of the city in Nashik's most oldest and prime location of Panchavati, easily accessible by local transport and at a walking distance from the famous temples and Godavari ghat. The space "Raahgir" is a 50 year old property with a unique and vintage charm to it . The entrance to the apartment is common for the owners and the guests. We have 3 private rooms with two single beds in each room, and one room with two bunk beds, a shared common area for those social experiences in a new city. In the common area you will find books , board games and a TV., its a perfect place to hang out with your friends or family. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and a rooftop to enjoy the most amazing sunset views. Grocery shops , market area , bus stops, auto stands are located nearby , also ola and uber cabs, and rental bikes are easily available. This listing is for one private room with two single beds . The homestay has following features: 1) All the rooms have two single beds, wardrobe or lockers, fresh linen, and locks for the door. For extra person we provide extra floor mattress. 2) Shared washrooms with hand wash and toilet rolls, disinfectant wipes, geyser for 24/7 hot water, WC, and shower. ( Keep the geyser on for 15 mins for hot water and turn it off after use) 3) A vibrant common area with comfortable seating arrangements, books and a TV with amazon prime connection. 4) KITCHEN Consist of- -Stove -Refrigerator -Utensils -Filtered drinking water -Complimentary Tea powder, sugar and salt ( P.S- please get your own grocery.) -We dont allow cooking Non veg in the kitchen although you can order it from outside. - Please clean up the kitchen after use. 5) 24/7 accessible roof top, cloth dryer stand is kept on the rooftop. 6) Non AC rooms, WIFI ( accessible through rooms as well) ,inverter backup for lights and fan only. 7) Free street parking just below the building. ( At your own risk ) (Please take into account that this is a live-in house and is shared with the host. We request you to treat all assets with care and caution as most of them are irreplaceable and of heritage and sentimental value. Also guests are requested to clean up the kitchen once they use it. Wineries- Nashik is also known as the Wine capital of India and is blessed with a beautiful weather most suitable for grapes farming, and ‘Raahgir’ is located at a distance of 14 to 20 kms from the famous vineyards.There are almost 30 functional wineries in and around Nashik. You can go winery hopping and enjoy the different wines produced here or can just experience a vineyard tour and enjoy the local food. Nature and Adventure activities- Nashik is a scenic place blessed with amazing mountain ranges, with some fascinating flora and fauna. Nashik has a religious, cultural, historic and aesthetic importance to it, and we help you discover some of the most beautiful places in India through our guided treks and tours. We also arrange trekking, rappelling, and camping trips in and around Nashik, at an additional cost and on prior notice. For the adventurer in you trekking spots like Anjaneri hill, Brahmagiri, Kalsubai hill, Bhandardara dam, Pandavleni, Sandhanvalley, Harihar fort, etc are located at a distance of 15 to 60 kms from ‘Raahgir’ One can enjoy bird watching and wild life in Wildlife sanctuaries like Nandur madhyameshwar. The best season to visit the sanctuary is from September to march of the year. Experience our city with a vintage charm of our place and have a memory of a lifetime! Guest access Raahgir is located on the first floor of a standalone building in Panchavati area of Nashik. Common access is given to the common area, kitchen, and terrace. Washrooms are shared with the other guests. We are located in the main city area of panchavati with grocery shops and markets nearby, we have ample street parking to park your vehicle nearby the building itself. During your stay I will be available at the property or will be available on phone. Other things to note Please Note:- Dear traveler we know that finding a safe, clean and hygienic place to stay is of utmost importance and we assure you that all our properties are been daily cleaned and sanitized and we also provide sanitizers in the common area. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and will be charged extra, as we lose bookings if we allow late check outs and we also have to bear extra cost for the cleaning lady for early check in clean up.
