The kitchen has integrated appliances including a dish washer and washing machine, leading to bright living areas comprising an open plan design with lounge and dining area, with comfy seating and table and chairs. Small sunny patio at the front of the apartment, overlooking the pool. This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is ground floor, with elevator access to underground private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.
