The remodeled 330 square studio is modern, colorful and boasts comfort with all the essentials - your home away from home. Enjoy the open concept studio apartment, just a short stroll to SE Division’s trendiest restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and boutiques. You’ll feel right at home with a full kitchen, private entrance and patio, comfy queen bed with luxurious bedding, WiFi, smart TV, original artwork, plants, and deluxe towels. The space The renovated studio is a compact space beautifully laid out for one or two travelers. The studio works well for individuals, couples or two friends traveling together. You’ll be happy here, for just a weekend or a whole week long. Attached to our 1945 Cape Cod with its own private entrance, you'll have your own retreat completely to yourselves. Though we've always been cleaning ninjas, our sanitizing procedures now border on insane;-) If you stay longer than a week, we'll work out laundering the sheets and towels. Guest access You'll be able to let yourself in with your own 4 digit code that corresponds to the last 4 digits of your phone number. With a private patio, enjoy your morning coffee under the big maple trees. Other things to note Since we share a wall with the studio, you may hear some footsteps once in a while. I speak Spanish very well and my husband is fluent in German, so it's always a treat when we get to use our language skills. Also, we have kitties. They have never been in the studio and never will, but their hair gets on me and I clean the studio, so if you are ultra sensitive to cat hair, I just wanted to mention it.
