The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge. The space The rooms include a small wardrobe, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage space, a bright bathroom with bathtub plus shower, a separate toilet, a friendly living room with a comfortable large couch. The living room also has a FullHD television (with Amazon-Prime and Disney+ access and Playstation 3), a pull-out day bed and a small play area for children. Sustainability is very important to us. The electricity is generated during the day by our in-house photovoltaic system, the rest of the purchased electricity is 100% green electricity from a regional supplier. On request, an electric car can also be charged directly at the flat. Other things to note Covid 19 Update: Due to the occasion, the apartment is conscientiously disinfected and thoroughly cleaned after each stay.
