Spacious Victorian House

My home has lots of original features with a modern twist. Lots of space so you can feel at home. Not only do you get a private bedroom but also free rein of the comfy lounge, equipped kitchen and cosy dining room. I'm about a 20 min walk from the city centre, 25 mins from the Barbican and a 35 min walk to the station. The space My home is a lovely warm place to stay. You'll fall in love with the gorgeous Victorian features. A nice quiet street which is really handy for the A38 but also 20 minutes walk to the city centre and 15 minutes to the gorgeous historic barbican and on the bus route. The perfect place to stay in Plymouth, with a lovely friendly host. You will have free rein to all of the house and there is also a lovely garden for summer dining. Guest access There is free on - road parking all around this area. If you can't park in front of the house you will always find somewhere to park very close by. During your stay If there is anything you require during your stay be sure to ask. My home is pretty well equipped. So don't worry if you've forgotten anything. Other things to note Tea, coffee and milk will always be available to you but I don't provide breakfast but you will have free reign of the whole house, including the fully equipped kitchen. The bed has an electric blanket for those cooler nights. I want my guests to feel welcome and to enjoy the fact that they are not staying in a hotel with only the side of their bed to sit on.
