The newly renovated and lovingly furnished 35 sqm studio (ground floor) is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of Stockacker Kernstadt. A private parking lot is available to our guests. The studio is equipped with high quality SATELLITE TV, stereo system, new fitted kitchen, 1.60 m wide double bed and a beautiful small bathroom with fitted wardrobes and rain shower.
