Build as part of a double garage conversion and recently fully renovated. Upstairs there is a luxurious super king size bed, shower room with underfloor heating and comfortable living area with L shaped sofa and TV. Downstairs there is a brand new, modern kitchen fully equipped with fridge, electric oven, 4 hob top, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a dining table and armchair for you to enjoy. Wifi is available for guests. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of The Annexe allowing privacy for your stay. The driveway is accessed through electric gates and is shared with our house. There is one dedicated parking space for The Annexe for your ease. Other things to note Price is based on 2 people sharing one bed. One (well behaved) dog welcome upon request - but we ask that dogs remain downstairs and not on furniture. The upstairs has vaulted ceilings so please mind your head. The dedicated car park space is located against the front fence. Some basic provisions are provided in the kitchen, including Tea, coffee, salt & pepper.
