APARTMENT Located in a beautiful early-20th-century Bauhaus building with a stunning marble foyer, the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, ensuring peace and quiet despite being in the heart of the city. With original hardwood floors, doors, windows, and a French balcony, this apartment offers an authentic local experience. The 34m² apartment is perfect for a couple. It is very safe: the building requires a chip card for entry, and a security key for the apartment itself, making it ideal for solo female travelers. The building also has an elevator, so it’s great for elderly guests. The apartment includes fast, free wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen (with a coffee maker and toaster), a washing machine (detergent provided), a flat-screen TV with cable, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a separate toilet, and an iron and ironing board. Clean linens and towels are provided for each guest, and depending on the length of stay, they are changed on a weekly basis.
