The space LIVING AREA The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances needed including dishwasher and a 4-top dining table. This is open to the living room which has a full sofa and 55" Smart TV. MASTER The master has one King bed with a very comfy mattress and additional foam mattress cover if you really like a soft place to rest at night. The closet is plenty big enough for all your swimsuits and flip flops! The bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. Bedroom #2 The second bedroom is currently fitted with a twin bunk bed that includes a roll out trundle bed. So there's plenty of room for all three kids. The bunk bed could be swapped out for a full size bed depending on the length of stay. Guest access Out front is a picnic table that we love to enjoy dinners on. Around the side is a sitting area to enjoy the cooler days and nights. You'll park 1-2 cars in the front driveway but need to keep the carport clear for the second unit tenant.
