Coastal style self contained studio - absolute waterfront with Private guest access. Microwave, Kettle, Toaster provided but NO OVEN OR STOVES Free parking in the street / WIFI 3min Drive to hospital 3min walk to Coles shopping centre & Kayo stadium +Entertainment, Pokies, Keno, Takeaway food, cafes & restaurants. 25min to Airport The space No Pets CHECK IN is from 2pm CHECK OUT is before 10pm Very CLEAN and QUIET 1 x Queen Sized bed plus 1 x single bed ADULT Guests have access to the canal and jetty but no access to the kayaks ( they are not our property ) The studio has a compact kitchenette/ wet bar. It is not a gourmet kitchen. We provide a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster & microwave. We provide complimentary cereals, porridge, drinking water & long life milk. We offer WiFi the password information is provided in the airbnb app so please use your app to access. Please park on the street preferably inside the cul de sac parking. Please respect noise levels after 10.30pm we are not interested in hearing you have loud sex as our studio is not a brothel or a place to meet your dates from Tinder and or conduct escorting / sex work / adult filming businesses. Guest access Guests have their own self contained studio attached to our home but with a completely seperate private entry so you do not need to enter from our front door. Access is via a shared laundry area but the laundry facilities are not for guest use. We make clear note the laundry and dryer is NOT for guest use. There are however many reputable public laundry mats in our area that we can refer to you. Please note check in is after 2pm Other things to note - No Pets allowed - Studio not ideal for infants or young children as there are many fragile decorations and ornaments. - The room has a Queen size bed and a Single bed. - Please do not park on our driveways we need to keep our driveway free. - We are located at the end of a quiet cul de sac street guests have plenty of free unmetered parking available. Guests can park in the carpark in the middle of cul de sac. - The laundry and dryer are NOT for guest use - FIRM - The wet bar / kitchenette is not a full gourmet kitchen. We offer basic cutlery and crockery. However there is also a fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. We provide complimentary tea/coffee/sugar/long life milk. Porridge and cereal. WE DO NOT OFFER A STOVE OR OVEN - The studio has its own seperate access but is semi attached to our home sharing a common wall.
