There are 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests (unsuitable for under 2 year olds). *MAXIMUM OF 4 TRADESPEOPLE only allowed per booking for work related stays-see below. Access to all 3 bedrooms will depend on the total number of guests staying, for example, 2 couples would have access to a Queen bedroom each & the 3rd bedroom would be closed. As a cleaning fee is not normally charged, you may find a bedroom(s) closed depending on the number of guests staying. *MAXIMUM OF 4 TRADESPEOPLE allowed per booking, even though the property sleeps up to 6.
