THANKS🙏🌷 Our well located,park facing, corner home on lllrd floor in Lajpat Nagar-II is the next-door of famous Lajpat Nagar market.Nearest Metro station is a two Min walk from our home.Our place is safe for women guests. It's a home away home for the city explorers and best suited to work travellers from all over the world The space We welcome you to our humble abode. Its an authentic home stay The fully furnished private guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom are inside our residential home where host stay Guest bedroom has all the decent amenities complimentary for comfortable staying like premium quality linens, Electric bed warmer, mirror, wardrobe, refrigerator, Electric kettle, AC, Room heater, Mosquito net, sleepers ect. Sorry guests there is no TV in your room Ensuite bathroom is furnished with complimentary high quality towels( one bath towel and one small hand towel) gyeser, pouches of shampoo and conditioner, tooth paste, bathing soap, liquid hand wash, hair dryer, pair of sleepers ect fastest WiFi is also complimentary We have power backup facility at home to run lights and fans Free parking is available on the road. Getting parking space is not difficult but sometimes you may have to juggle for it Our self help kitchen is a fully equipped and shared space, which every guest can access to make own breakfast but for cooking lunch and dinner minimum one week booking is required Milk booth is in front of our home a big advantage for the guests who have longer stays. Milk booth stocks everything we need in our daily life like Milk, Bread, butter, Butter milk, Lassi, cheese, curd, ice cream ect Daily need stores, vegitable vendors and grocery shops are around and within reach besides shopping apps Blinkit and Zepto too deliver orders with in 15 minutes at the apartment. Buying necessary commodities is super easy for the guest who is scheduled to stay longer On order Home Made food by Tiffin Service are available at a nominal price of Rs 100-150 per person. Online food order through Zumato, Swiggy ect are delivered right at the door of apartment on lllrd floor Currency exchange shop is also at a few steps away National, International eating joints are close to our home within a short walk. Some eating joints at walking distance too offer Indian lunch dinner at a fair price, much cheaper than the what hosts charge from the guests The roads are wide and approachable for easy access to our home. Besides private guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom which guest has booked, they can access common areas of the house too. Such as: Living room, dining table, kitchen and front side balcony which opens towards main road What guests can't access is our bedroom, bathroom and our personal refrigerator in the Kitchen Well equipped self help kitchen is a shared space, which any guest can access for making own breakfast, but cooking lunch or dinner in the kitchen is allowed for the guests with minimum one week booking Electric kettle is also available inside room to boil water and make DIY tea/coffee in the mug(Tea, Coffee, and Milk pouches are kept in the room) Oven is available in the kitchen for reheating and novelising the outside food. Uses of water is free. Filtered water for drinking is available in the kitchen 24×7 In winter, they can access geyser for the hot water, electric bed warmer to Warm up bed and room heater to keep chill at bay all free of charge besides they can enjoy sun in the balcony which is shared place. In summer they have north situated cool AC room at no extra cost Large sized black digital refrigerator 510Ltr is exclusively available for our guests inside the room Guests can access washing machine (Semi Automatic) for their own laundry wash at no extra cost but to avail this facility minimum 5 days booking is required. Guest needs to buy detergent powder for washing own clothes. Laundry wash and ironing is also available outside home at Rs 30 each. Only ironing is Rs 10 per cloth. Guests can also avail Iron from me for pressing clothes at home Free and fast WiFi is accessible to our guests TV is not available Staying with a family home will not disturb the privacy of guests at all so feel free and come live with During your stay Host also live on the property so is reachable for the important interactions or issues if there is any Other things to note You are arriving in a home not hotel therefore please don't expect hotel culture at home neither behave like As the guests expect a perfect stay similarly host also expect the stay of the guest perfect. It's a two way effort Please we don't have any dedicated help at home which can fetch your heavy luggages upto lllrd floor. A porter from outside can be hired with prior notice. He charges Rs 50-70 per luggage depending upon the weight. Cab driver too can prove big help at a little price Guests are handed over, room and bathroom wrinkle free, clean and sanitised. Guests too required to maintain the room and bathroom clean and tidy through out their stay according to Airbnb guest's guidelines There is a season when Mosquitoes breed naturally, guests who are more sensitive to mosquito are requested to buy their own remedies during stay incase you find my arrangements not enough for you During stays, guests can come and go anytime as per their requirements. There are no restrictions till 1am Guests, who genuinely can come at official check-in time after 2pm can book the same day Uses of electricity are offered free. The idea is to make the stays good value for money for the guests. Just for the knowledge of our guests, Split AC consumes 1 and 1/2 unit per hour(Rs 12 per hour), Geyser consumes 2 unit per hour(Rs16 per hour) and room heater consumes Rs 18 per hour, nothing is chargeable besides bed warmer, other electric gadgets and lights too are complimentary therefore you are requested please utilise everything sensibly on the right temperature till you require it. Always shut off AC, Geyser, Room heater, bed warmer, lights before going out. Your genuineness can save exorbitant bill paid by the host Guests are informed, kindly don't change the setting of digital refrigerator 510Ltr without our permission. It can damage our expensive gadget We have arranged, best of amenities for your lovely stays. Admire it and use them decently. Don't spoil amenities by using them recklessly thinking free. All the stuffs given for uses are host's property, guests are not authorised to take them out. kindly make sure nothing should be found missing after the checkout If any damage happens during your stay, please don’t worry, hesitate or hide it, inform me asap. I will make sure to fix it fast in time. Your quick and timely response will not only save you from further unpleasant stay, rather me and upcoming new guest will also be saved from getting into trouble in the nick of time.
