Our apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Spacious, bright and comfortable, each room of the apartment offers a magnificent view of the mountain, the Morzine valley. You will enjoy the sunsets and the large balcony/terrace that serves both the living room and the master bedroom. It is located south facing on the 4th floor of the Saskia Falaise district. The space Our apartment consists of the following: * a large master bedroom with a 160 x 190 queen-size bed, wardrobe and storage dresser, with balcony access through the French window, with mountain view (duvet). * one bedroom with bunk beds 3 x 70 x 190, storage cabinet, balcony side window, with mountain view (duvet). The bedding is new (EMMA Mattress - MERINOS Slatted Bed Base) * a living room with two comfortable sofas designed for 2 beds 2 x 80 x 190 (slatted bed bases) (duvet) a dining area with table and chairs for all the comforts you need a smart TV screen and secure wifi a south-facing balcony with unobstructed views of Morzine a fully equipped and friendly kitchen thanks to the open pass-through to the dining area a 4-burner glass-ceramic hob, a dishwasher, an oven/microwave, a Senseo, an electric kettle, a toaster and a refrigerator raclette and fondue sets * a bathroom, bath/shower * separate toilet with shoe dryer * a closet in the hallway A ski-box on the ground floor is at your disposal for your ski departures and arrivals and to store your ski boots. Note: No pets allowed and the apartment is non-smoking. Guest access For parking: The resort is a "ski-in/ski-out" site, without cars. That's what I love about this resort... Parking lots (paid in winter) are available at the entrance to the resort to leave your car as soon as you arrive. The apartment is located very close to the parking lots, 300 meters from the resort's unloading dock. Sleds (for a fee) can take you to the apartment. You also have luggage sleds that you will find hanging at the foot of the buildings at various points of the resort (these can be unhooked using a recoverable €1 coin). Other things to note At the foot of the residence you will find all the necessary amenities (bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants) The ski school, the children's village are 200 meters away The lively center of the resort is also 200 meters away Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between each reservation.
