We invite you to a beautifully designed apartment overlooking the lake, in the center of the Land of the Great Masurian Lakes. It's a place that provides an amazing experience. The view of Lake Niegocin at sunrise can be admired through the spectacular window from the living room, as well as straight from the bed in the bedroom. You will spend time here in cozy boho-style interiors or on the terrace amidst the greenery. The materials used are of high quality, and the equipment will meet the diverse requirements of each guest. The space Good Morning Sunshine is an apartment located in the modern Nautica Resort complex, in a building located on the very shore of Lake Niegocin and the Niegociński Canal. In front of the building there is an easily accessible beach and an exceptionally picturesque yacht marina. At the beach you can find outdoor recreation areas and a playground. The apartment consists of 3 rooms: - bedroom: With access to the terrace. Equipped with a large double bed, open wardrobes, a dresser and a TV. - living room: With a large window overlooking the lake, yacht marina and canal. Equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, seats, wardrobe, TV. The living room can be separated as an independent bedroom, thanks to the wooden sliding walls. The sofa, when unfolded, reaches the size of a double bed 160x200 cm (folded in the Italian system). - kitchen with dining area: Connected to the living room, with an independent exit to the terrace. Equipped with modern household appliances: induction hob, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, coffee machine, and even a wine fridge. Next to the kitchen there is a breakfast bar with stools, and in the dining room there is a table with a comfortable bench and chairs. - bathroom: Comfortable, spacious. Equipped with a toilet bowl with a bidet, a shower, a sink with a large mirror. Guest access Our guests can enjoy nearby restaurants, water equipment rentals and, of course, the beach, which is right in front of the building. We also provide 1 parking space in a covered garage, within the Nautica Resort complex. Other things to note Our guests are assisted by Ms. Anna, who also assists with other matters. You will agree with Anna on the arrival and departure times, as well as other booking details. Upon check-in, you will receive the keys to the apartment and a remote control to the entrance gate to the Nautica Resort. A deposit of PLN 500 and a tourist tax are also collected at that time.
