In the apartment you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation, a well-stocked kitchen, and a private outdoor space with a gazebo. Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay €30 in cash for cleaning. The space The Chiva chalet is a small wedding favor surrounded by greenery, with large outdoor spaces, deckchairs, tables, gazebo and traditional stone grill. It consists of a kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower. The mattress is a multilayer latex and coconut fiber, with the addition of an aloe memory foam mattress. The pillows are also made of memory foam, perfect for back and neck comfort. Flat-screen TV. In the kitchen there is a thermoelectric plate, microwave and kettle. It can accommodate two people, possibly with a child sharing the parents' bed. Pets are welcome, (one large dog or two medium/small dogs) For the sake of fairness and transparency, we inform you that from the published amount relating to reservations, the platform also withholds a flat-rate tax of 21% in addition to the commission. A cleaning fee of €30 is to be paid upon arrival in cash. Guest access The entire space is accessible, the gazebo, and the entire exterior in front of the house are for the exclusive use of guests. We have a single space, so there are no other guests. Wi-Fi internet at variable rates. Behind the house is the Niel stream with beautiful and fresh natural pools, perfect for hot summers but icy in winter. Other things to note Kitchen linen, tablecloths and towels are included, as well as blankets and duvets. We ask our kind guests to bring bed linen and towels, but if there are any problems on request we can provide them for a small supplement of €15 per stay. If you have four-legged friends, we ask that you bring everything they need to be comfortable, in addition to their kennel, as well as blankets and towels exclusively for them. From the beginning of July 2024, we are obliged to pay the Accommodation Tax of €1 for each guest up to a maximum of 7 nights. In addition, please note that there is a €30 final cleaning fee.
