You'll find everything you might need for a homelike stay. The space This is an amazing 36 sqm studio, in the heart of Bucharest. Newly renovated in 2019, the studio features a queen size bed. a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. It is located 50 m away from Universitate metro station, and 200 m away from the Old Town. Although it's on a main boulevard, the studio faces the back yard of the building, which makes the studio quiet and comfortable, even for the light sleepers. Guest access the studio has a self check in system (lockbox). Guests will be able to access it 24/7, without any additional fee. Other things to note If you are looking for parking space, the best way would be to park the car at the underground parking at Universitate. The entrance is made either through Ion Ghica street, either through Academiei street. The price is 5 lei/hour but no more than 40 lei/day. 1EUR=4.65 Lei. From there you have to walk around 3-4 minutes to my place. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed & the violation of this rule will consequently result in a 100Euro fine.
