A Tranquil place to stay

Our home is located in a secure estate surrounding 2 Championship Golf courses and walking distance to the world renown PGA training hub. The golf clubhouse provides a café, restaurant. There are walking tracks throughout the estate and we are close to beaches and a regional shopping centre. You’ll love our home because of the tranquillity of the neighbourhood and the private and comfortable ambiance we provide. The space Our home is 2 storey and the accommodation is on top level. There is a large Bedroom with a Queen bed with a single bed mattress if required. There is a private toilet and modern spacious Bathroom. There is a shared Living/TV room, Kitchen & Laundry down stairs. Tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided. The upstairs space may not be suitable for very young children due to the stairs, however a barrier could be provided. Guest access Your accommodation ( 1 bedroom, toilet & bathroom private) is upstairs in addition to the Kitchen, Living & Laundry on the lower level as required. (The lower level is a shared area) During your stay We will offer help as required Other things to note There is a very good restaurant, bar and Cafe at the Golf Club which is only a 10 minute walk. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available. There are 2 local shopping centres near by which also contain a range of restaurants and other variety stores. The beach is only a 10 minute drive and the Mornington Peninsula wineries & beaches are only a short drive.
