Located in the center of the Nijar/Cabo de Gata Natural Park, a few minutes from Las Negras, Agua Amarga, Rodalquilar and a step away from the entire wonderful coast of the natural park, a biosphere reserve. In the area you can do all kinds of water activities, scuba diving, boat rides and excursions, as well as hiking, walking, or simply enjoy the tranquility of its coasts. The space The house is located on a plot shared with another house. It has gardens and a swimming pool, which tenants can enjoy during their stay. It has a private terrace with a barbecue for tenants to use. The independent apartment house has 2 very spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom each, a kitchenette, a living room, a private terrace, a garden and a private barbecue, for 6/8 people maximum using the sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms is double (with the possibility of an extra bed and/or crib), with a double bed, and the other bedroom is quadruple with a double bed and two single beds of 90 cm. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. All rooms have a private bathroom, hairdryer, bathroom heater, closet, iron, and usual furniture. The living room-kitchen has a TV, Wi-Fi, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and all kinds of necessary kitchenware and furniture. It has facilities for babies and children and the pool has an area specially adapted for them. It is ideal for large families, 6 people and a maximum of 8 (sofa bed), or a group of friends.
