Guest access We live in the fully self-contained upper level of the house. Our kitchen is located on the ground floor but is completely separate from the guest area. We have our own private entrance via the side path, so while you may occasionally see us coming and going, your space remains private. You’ll have exclusive use of two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a cozy lounge room, and a covered front veranda overlooking the garden—perfect for a relaxing breakfast or coffee. While there’s no full kitchen access, a kitchenette is provided, including a microwave, bar fridge, coffee machine, tea-making facilities, toaster, and basic utensils. On-site parking is included and located directly in front of the guest suite. It’s flat and easily accessible, making luggage drop-off simple. Please let us know at the time of booking if you’ll need parking. Other things to note There is no access to a full kitchen or laundry on-site. This home is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, so it's best suited to guests who are happy to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For added peace of mind, there is one security camera installed on the exterior of the property. This helps us monitor late check-ins and keep an eye on the home while we’re away travelling. For stays longer than one week, we’ll provide extra sheets and towels. If you're staying more than eight nights, a cleaner will visit during your stay to help keep things fresh.
