It belongs to the municipality of Arta, a place with strong geographic personality and one of the least built up areas of the Mallorcan coast. Colonia de Sant Pere is a small fishing village with a fantastic promenade full of charm with all the necessary amenities such as restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and weekly fruit and vegetable market. The beach "Sa Canova" is located 100 meters from the house and there are a lot of small coves. The house is next to the highest mountains of the Serra de Llevant where you can find the nature park of Llevant, which is a great place topractice trekking, mountain biking or just the wonderful beaches it offers.
