House between lakes and mountains

Our house is a pleasant housing estate that allows a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is ideally located amid mountains between Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. Lac du Bourget is 20 minutes away, Annecy 25 minutes, Chamonix 50 minutes. Many hikes are very close by. The space Our house is new. It consists of a living room of about 45 m2 open to kitchen and overlooking large terrace. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with a single bed including one in height. There is also the bathroom with a bathtub. There is a toilet on each floor. Our vegetable garden is available for your use, you can serve yourself! It has tomatoes and zucchini. Guest access Parking space available just in front of the house. Terraced house that you will access from the left side. Neighbors have their own right entrance. Very good soundproofing in the house. The environment is family-friendly in the middle of greenery with views of the mountains where you can easily shine to discover the region. Access to the A41 about 10 min. Other things to note Note: Our two cats stay at home. They are very independent and sail a lot in our subdivision; they sometimes come to sit at home.
