House between lakes and mountains

Our house is a pleasant subdivision house that allows a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is ideally located in the middle of the mountains between Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. Lake Bourget is 20 minutes away, Annecy 25 minutes, Chamonix 50 minutes. Many hiking trails are nearby. The space Our house is new. It consists of a living room of about 45 m2 open to the kitchen and overlooking a large terrace. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with a single bed, one of which is a loft bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a toilet on each floor. Our vegetable garden is at your disposal, you can help yourself! There are tomatoes and zucchini. Guest access Parking space is available just in front of the house. Townhouse that you will access from the left side. The neighbors created their own entrance on the right. Very good soundproofing in the house. The environment is family-friendly in the middle of greenery with views of the mountains where you can easily radiate to discover the region. Access to the A41 in about 10 minutes. Other things to note Note: our two cats stay at home. They are very independent and navigate a lot in our subdivision; they sometimes come to nap at the house.
