This villa of 100m2 was built in 2007, it is a modernly designed 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath complex with all the amenities needed for a 1-2 family stay. The premises includes parking for 2 cars as well as a close proximity to the beach and the nightlife. The space Kriopigi Paradise is the perfect place for someone looking for a relaxing vacation with a close proximity to the city center filled with nightlife, restaurants and great cafees. The house is spacious and open with its own garden and bbq for stay-at-home evenings. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the patio and a private garden with a BBQ. The pool (8m x 6m) is shared with one neighbouring house owned by a Greek family from Thessaloniki. Other things to note Although the house does not offer wifi there is access to internet in most cafees and restaurants and a temporary wifi-pass can be purchased with local phone provider Vodaphone.
