Other things to note Bali is a vibrant island in constant growth and development. As the area continues to evolve, **there may occasionally be construction or renovation projects nearby**. Please note that any noise or disturbance caused by such works is **beyond our control**, and we are unable to predict when or where these activities may occur. Unfortunately, as this is outside of our management, **we do not offer cancellations or refunds due to possible construction in the surrounding area**. Finally and rather unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area and apparently there is going to be a big apartment block being built on the side our lovely Villa-it started and obviously that begins there will be a lot of noise from the construction. We will do our best to keep our guests at the best is possible, but this is out our control.
