Birdhouse in Bovina

The Birdhouse in Bovina is the early American caretakers house on one of Bovina’s most pristine farms. The property is also home of Bark Gallery and Down Under Vintage and sits on 100 acres of picturesque Little Delaware River waterfront with rolling pastures and mountain views. The Birdhouse is 1850’s/ vintage is 1400 sq. ft and 2 floors. The 1st floor has a rustic kitchen/ dining area, bathroom, library, desk, and lounge. The kitchen comes stocked with many condiments, spices, Teas & Coffee's The space The upstairs has 1 full bed in the bedroom and a queen bed on the loft , another large sofa and a 2nd 1930’s wood desk. This space is finely tuned for nature lovers, artists, Lovers or weekenders but there is a 3 nite minimum here, and longer visits are encouraged and more economical. The Birdhouse features all vintage lighting and furniture, lots of books, and has an amazing art and rug collection . But the best part of the Birdhouse is its amazing property, swimming holes, sunrises, sunsets and numerous walking trails. Guest access The Birdhouse is part of Barkaboom and has multiple trails thru meadows and pastures and access to the little Delaware river which runs through the property. Access to the trails and river is fine but no heavy partying and discretion advised. Other things to note The Birdhouse in Bovina is the oldest and a very special building at Barkaboom. Other things going on at Barkaboom include Bark Gallery , Down Under Vintage and Barkaboom Lodge is used for Studio projects only. I'm usually living in Barkaboom Lodge, It's my house.
