Located within a quiet neighborhood is this bright, spacious 3 BR 1BA guest suite just a stone’s throw(0.5 miles) from the beautiful Cherry Creek State Park. The suite features its own private entrance with spacious open plan living room filled with soft comfortable furnishing ,a 70" TV, kitchen with breakfast supplies, and 3 cozy bedrooms with 2 queen & 2 twin beds . The space Check yourself in with our easy to follow check in instructions and make your way inside this daylight walkout basement apartment where you are greeted with a spacious, yet cozy home away from home with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Guests are required to do a short walk of approximately 50 feet from the parking spot and then take a staircase of 6 steps to get to the unit. The living space is filled with a plush modular lounge that surrounds the huge 70” Smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps and channels– perfect for a movie night in. The TV has peacock and major streaming apps like Netflix, AmazonPrime Video, Youtube, HBO Max, Disney +, etc. TV doesn't have all the cable channels as of now. Cook up breakfast lunch and dinner in the modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with a freestanding oven and cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a full size fridge/freezer and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up. To get you started, the fridge and pantry are stocked with a selection of breakfast items including eggs, bread, milk, cereal, coffee, green tea and a ton of other breakfast supplies, so all you need to do is arrive and relax. Eat together at the stylish dining area inside, or in your own private patio area outside, or if you don’t feel like cooking, head out to the many restaurants, cafes and take out options surrounding the home with some just a short walk away with cuisines to satisfy everyone’s tastes. There are three bedrooms within the guest suite with each offering comfortable beds topped with soft, quality linen and plenty of closet space for you to unpack and make yourself at home. Bedrooms one and two both feature large queen beds with a side table while bedroom three is equipped with two twin beds. The bedrooms share the central, sparkling bathroom with a full size bath and shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap and plenty of soft fluffy towels. Make your way outside, through your private patio area, into the large, secured fenced in backyard that is perfect for the kids or pets to run around in and explore. Just a stones throw from the home is the beautiful Cherry Creek State Park where you can fully immerse yourself in nature. Guests can hike, bike, horse ride, fish, boat, paddle, rent a kayak or if relaxing it more your thing, simply pack a picnic and enjoy the picturesque park with good friends, good food and a drink or two. The place is a mere 20 mins drive from downtown Denver and 25 mins from Denver International Airport. Guest access The residents of the property live on the main level of the house however you will have your own private suite with your own private entrance, your own private patio seating area, separate from the main unit, with a contact-free check-in experience! The residents keep very quiet, but since they live on the same property, you might hear them from time to time. Your space is private with no shared common areas. The laundry room is shared with the top level residence and is located upstairs which you will have access to, you just have to let the host know a few hours before you want to use it, so, host makes sure that’s it’s available for you to use at that time. The thermostat is also located on main floor where host lives. Whenever guests want to change the temperature, they can let the host know and host will change it for them. NEIGHBORHOOD DETAILS: The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a stones throw from the picturesque Cherry Creek State Park. Bring the family along as you discover the great outdoors, dine out at delicious restaurants, shop till you drop with great shopping and entertainment options. Between 99 developed parks, 103 miles of trails, and 8,000+ acres of open space, there’s plenty to explore right on your doorstep. Discover reservoirs, hiking, biking, swimming, wildlife viewing, winter sports, and more all within city limits. Try paddle boarding, boating, or even fishing. Close by the home and within walking distance is plenty of great take out restaurants with Pho, Pizza, Italian, Mexican, a Gas Station, 7/11, liquor store, McDonalds and even a Starbucks all surrounding harbor Plaza as well as a Walmart Supercenter just 6 minutes down the road where you can stock up on everything you may need. GETTING AROUND: The best way to get around is with your own car or rental with ample street parking at the front of the property included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day or make use of the public transport with the R Line light rail and RTD bus system Other things to note Guests are required to use a staircase of 6 steps to get into the unit. If a potential guest is mobility challenged, this space might not be the best fit. Pets are allowed on the property as long as they are friendly and cleaned up after. We have a sweet 3 yr old English Cream Golden Retriever whom you might hear in the side yard. If guests have a friendly dog who wishes to play, please let us know. The washer and dryer are located upstairs on main floor where host lives. Guests will have access to washer dryer. Guests will just have to let the host(me) know a few hours in advance of when they want to use washer & dryer, so host can make sure that no one else is using them at that time. The thermostat is also located on main floor where host lives. Whenever guests want to change the temperature, they can let the host know and host will change it for them.
