Everything you need to have an enjoyable, very comfy stay in Montreal. You have access to a kitchen area with all the basic you need :) There are 3 bedrooms available on this 3rd floor. Guests have access to a common bathroom (shared with one other room) and a large balcony on the inner court. Common kitchen and dinning areas (for guests only) with all amenities are provided for a pleasant and efficient stay. Note that there are two flights of stairs to get to the rooms area. We live downstairs on the first floor so we are usually available. FRANÇAIS EN CONTINUATION PARKING: Street parking is free; however, please keep in mind the following: From April 1st to December 1st, street cleaning takes place on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 on the opposite side of the triplex on Panet. During this time, parking on that side is prohibited. The same rule applies on Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30, but on the building side of the street. Additionally, please note that parking spaces designated for residents are located between the arrows marked with sector number 22. These spaces extend from the arrow pointing towards the street to the arrow pointing towards the buildings. Parking in these spaces is strictly prohibited. However, parking is allowed in other areas. During the winter months in Montreal (from December 1st to March 31st), the city conducts snow removal operations, which can affect parking: Temporary "No Parking" Signs: The city may install temporary "No Parking" signs on streets scheduled for snow removal. These signs will indicate the date and time when parking is prohibited. Please stay vigilant and check for these signs on your street and in nearby areas. Move Your Vehicle: If you come across a temporary "No Parking" sign, it's crucial to relocate your vehicle accordingly. Failing to do so may result in your car being towed at your expense.
