The Belmont Cabin: Cozy Cabin in Belmont-Hillsboro

Beautiful Belmont/12 South/Hillsboro Village "cabin" studio with reclaimed barnwood interior finishes. Our guest house is super cozy and relaxing. Quiet and perfectly located walking distance to Belmont, 12 South and Hillsboro Village. Short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, the Gulch, Germantown and East Nashville. The space is lovely and tranquil but perfectly situated in town. You will be walking distance to Belmont, Hillsboro Village and 12 South. This former garage space has been converted into a climate controlled studio apartment with vaulted ceilings, reclaimed barn wood walls, ceiling and cabinetry, a comfortable queen size bed and a sofa that is convertible into a full size bed. There is a dining area and kitchenette. There is an outdoor covered seating area. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, electric kettle, french press, and dishwasher (it does not have a range/oven). ***Please note there is no television in the cabin. You will have internet access and there is a Bluetooth speaker, games, and puzzles. ***Please note the bathroom is small and has a partition that VISUALLY separates it from the main living space, but it does not have a door and the partition wall does not extend to the ceiling (meaning you will be able to hear a person in the bathroom). We have tried to include photos that adequately show the space. The photos of the built-in shelving unit show how high the partition wall extends. The entrance to the bathroom space is to the right of the shelving unit. There are photos of the entry, the sink and the shower. The toilet is located directly across from the shower. Please feel free to email us with questions or if you would like additional photos before you book. Safe street parking available directly adjacent to the guest house. We are a family with a young children and we utilize our backyard (shared space) frequently in the warmer months, usually between the hours of 10am-8pm. You will likely hear us playing outside during those hours on nice days. No pets without prior arrangements. No parties or large groups. No smoking. Guest access Washer/Dryer in main house accessible with prior arrangement for extended stays only. Travel crib can be added if arranged in advance. Linens provided for sofa bed with advance notice. There is a lovely backyard that you are welcome to enjoy. Other things to note No smoking in the cabin, there is a dedicated front porch on the cabin that you are welcome to smoke on but because we have children we ask that smokers refrain from smoking when our family is in the back yard. We also ask that you refrain from excessive outdoor noise after 10pm. Please note as stated in the description of the space that there is no range/oven/stove (there is a toaster/convection oven, microwave, and hot plate). There is a great WiFi connection but please be aware there is no TV in the cabin. Please note the description of the bathroom in the listing.
