Our furnished apartment built in 2017 is located in our large house, 200 m from the city center of La Bresse and at the foot of the mountain and its hiking trails. We have arranged it in such a way as to imagine yourself in a chalet; warm and cozy decoration. Guests appreciate that there are 2 bathrooms. This place is good for business travelers and families (with kids)... cyclists or motorcyclists. The space Listing description: - A main room: living/dining room with mezzanine. In the sitting area: TV, DVD player, CD player, Rapido sofa bed (very comfortable bed 140 X 190). In the mezzanine: 1 bed 140 X 190. (possibility of an extra bed for 1 person: 90 X 190). - A spacious bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed (handmade), a TV and a separate bathroom (toilet, sink and walk-in shower and hairdryer). - A very well-equipped kitchen: glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker... Raclette/grill, fondue machine, pancake party machine. - A second bathroom with toilet, spacious walk-in shower, hairdryer and washing machine. - Baby equipment (high chair, travel crib with mattress, small bathtub, changing mat, plastic plate and baby spoons, anti-drip cup. - Balcony with small terrace with garden furniture and parasol. - Large plot behind the house, at the foot of the mountain with space reserved for guests (garden furniture with umbrella, barbecue and sun loungers). - Private parking. - 1 Ski rack, in the entrance hallway, where you can dry your skis. Guest access The entire furnished apartment as well as the balcony with the small terrace, are reserved for guests who can also enjoy the grounds all around the house (to play ball, badminton...). A space is reserved for you on the grounds with garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers (see photo). The garden furniture and barbecue are stored from the weekend of October 1st. Armchairs and a small table remain on the small balcony terrace for smokers or for an aperitif when the weather is nice in winter. Other things to note Housekeeping is optional: 20 euros for one night, 30 for 2 nights and 40 euros beyond 2 nights. We provide sheets and duvet covers for free. They will be installed for your arrival if you wish. NEW We also provide bathroom linen (1 bath sheet and 1 bath towel per person). PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. We do not accept extra people beyond 4 people. A security deposit of 300 euros will be required upon check-in, which will be returned upon your departure.
