A 200 year old cottage/ annexe with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Large open plan living area with large wood burner. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. One bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, a large hot tub situated outside approximately 30 feet from the door of the cottage. On the edge of the Brecon Beacons, Surrounded by farmland, set in two and a half acres of private woodland. Peaceful and tranquil Check in is between 3pm and 10pm The space The cottage/annexe is open plan with timber lined vaulted ceilings and a large wood burner. The bedroom is neat and cosy with a large walk in wardrobe. The shower room is tiled and has a double shower . If you are bringing your pet with you, please ensure that you inform us when booking. The annexe is attached to the main house and is self contained but is used constantly by us when we do not have guests staying, please remember that this is part of our family home.We are dog friendly but please notify us if you are bringing your pets with you. Guest access Sole use of the cottage, sole use of the raised decking area that has a gas BBQ and a Chiminea at the side of the cottage. Sole use of yhe hottub Use of the woodland and also the raised decking area and summer house along side the river. Other things to note Although we do have superfast Wifi / broadband for guests this is a rural location and therefore we so occasionally experience technical difficulties in accordance with most of rural Wales. Please note we are no longer able to accomodate guests with pets .
