In the heart of the Gâtinais, in the fresh and colorful sweetness of the countryside, and a green environment, a source of rest, this pleasant and bright wood-framed house, as perched on its small hill, nestled in a wooded and private green setting of more than 5500 m2, composed in particular of oaks, charms and acacias... Sheltered from the fury and noise, a few dozen kilometers from the French capital, a haven of peace that beats to the rhythm of nature and elements. The space Almost invisible from the street, in a so-called residential place and largely wooded with a few houses, without real opposite, at the end of a small street in impasse, here is an atypical and most charming place which offers many attractions and which, by its invoice, could recall the mountain, like the Vosges or the Jura, Savoie or the Massif Central. Or, maybe too, Switzerland, or Quebec, like the Morin-Heights region, in the heart of the Laurentians.... While, we are there, right on the borders of Ile de France and Yonne, in Burgundy... Built in L, and open as a cathedral, the property offers a high and spacious living room of nearly 30m2 (with 3-seater leather sofa convertible into a double bed) and armchair - equipped with a large fireplace insert with wood fire (functional) - around which are articulated the American kitchen, a bathroom (with bath / shower, sink and toilet) and two bedrooms on the ground floor, the first oriented with its window to the south (overlooking the open terrace and the garden), and the second to the north, on the wooded garden. Upstairs, the large and high living room opens to a spacious double mezzanine - be careful with the head, for the larger ones! - accessible by a central staircase, on which are located, on each side, the third and fourth sleeping areas, overlooking the living room. As a bonus at your disposal in case of need, a complete folding baby bed (with mattress, pillow, sheets etc.), as well as a small specific bathtub and a support / reducer). Outside, at the house also offers a beautiful south / South-West terrace of 18 m2 (with, in the summer, garden furniture for eight people, brick barbecue and all the necessary equipment for your grilling), terrace through which you access inside the house. The dominance of the wood offers a real feeling of warmth and serenity that I hope will provide you with the greatest comfort. In the wooded garden that surrounds the house, or to the terrace, it is not uncommon to see many birds with multiple colors (pie, merle, red-white, oak jay, grey cuckoo, the friend of the loggers...) squirrels and/or rabbits...all absolutely harmless. From time to time, a weasher or a little fox shy with their nose at the end of the park... Let's not forget that we are in the countryside, and surrounded by trees, with what this kind of landscape can have inherent... and charming. During your stay, everything is designed to make this house yours, so that you feel as good as possible, alone or accompanied by your loved ones and / or friends. The vast wooded garden of 5500 m2 is also accessible to you during your stay. This one is largely enclosed, with the exception of the east end (overlooking the field).
