Sheltered from fury and noise, a few dozen kilometers from the French capital, a haven of peace that beats to the rhythm of nature and the elements. The space Invisible from the street, in a residential area and largely wooded with a few houses, without real vis-à-vis, at the end of a small dead-end street, here is an atypical and most charming place that offers many attractions and which, by its design, could recall the mountain, like the Vosges or the Jura, Savoy or the Massif Central. Or, perhaps also, Switzerland, or even Quebec, like the region of Morin-Heights, in the heart of the Laurentians .... Whereas, we are there, just on the borders of the Ile de France and Yonne, in Burgundy ... The dominance of wood offers a real feeling of warmth and serenity which, I hope, will give you the greatest comfort. In the wooded garden which surrounds the house, or as far as the terrace, it is not uncommon to come across many colorful birds (magpie, blackbird, robin, oak jay, gray cuckoo, the friend of woodcutters. ..) squirrels and / or rabbits ... all absolutely harmless. From time to time, a marten or a small fox timidly point the tip of their nose at the end of the park ... Let us not forget that we are in the countryside, and surrounded by trees, with what this kind of landscape can be inherent ... and charming. During your stay, everything is designed to make this house yours, so that you feel as good as possible, on your own or with your relatives and / or friends. In fact, respect it as much as possible, and do not hesitate to contact us at any time if necessary. The vast wooded garden of 5500m2 is also accessible to you during your stay. It is largely enclosed, with the exception of the eastern end (overlooking the field). Guest access You have access to the entire property. Our friends the dogs or cats are very welcome, but it is advisable to let us know before your arrival, and it is up to you to have the reminder, or at least due a sufficient mastery so that no inconvenience is caused, both inside and outside the house, especially towards neighbors and their own animals. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and respect, thank you in advance for not letting your animals climb on the armchairs, sofas, bed, or access the floor of the house, on the double mezzanine. If the weather is rainy or humid, take care to dry the legs of your animals as little as possible using a towel that you have taken care to bring.
