Mousehole, B+B by the sea called Rosedor

Welcome to Rosedor. Two lovely cedar cabins set in a beautiful old garden right on the seafront at Mousehole looking out across the bay. At the end of Cornwall, Mounts Bay is very impressive! The property offers lots of outdoor spaces. A fantastic terrace, a bbq area with seating, and attractive gardens, in this spectacular location. The accommodation is conveniently placed just before the village, with a beach in front, and the harbour, popular for swimming and relaxing, just five minutes walk The space *We opened in May 2021, and thanks to great guests and top reviews, we received ‘Superhost’ status at the end of the summer. Also, as many of our guests have said they will be coming back, we have decided to keep our price per night the same for 2022.* When you arrive, parking at the front if you need it, and access to come and go from both the front and rear of the property. A modern wetroom and wash area positioned between the cabins, and the two cabins are about fifteen metres apart. They are well insulated, making them warm and cosy at night whilst cool during the day. All cotton bed-linen and towels, and feather duvets. The cabins have mains electricity and lights but they retain a very pleasant experience of being surrounded by nature. They enjoy quite a lot of privacy too, adding to the feel of tranquillity. There is a large terrace looking out to sea with lots of space to relax, and a separate bbq area, again with fantastic view, and much of the garden is exclusively yours during your stay. You will have your own tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge for your drinks and bbq things. If you have children and your group size is more than five(5), we can provide an extra child's bed, and our MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE CAN BE SIX(6). However, the sixth member of your group must be UNDER SIXTEEN(16). Children must be accompanied by an adult overnight. No cabins with just young children in. With a range of sleeping arrangements and options on offer, we are sure you will be comfortable whatever you group size. Please read "Other things to note"/"Special info". Something very important to us is trying to be environmentally friendly, so we ask you to produce as little waste as possible, to always use our recycling area which is easy to access, and to save water and electricity as much as you can. All have spectacular sea views. And private parking for two cars 24/7. Other things to note If you have any questions please drop us a line. Basically, every group staying here must include at least one person over eighteen(18) years old. Our group size is set at five(5) adults. If you have a sixth member of your group who is UNDER SIXTEEN(16), we can provide an extra bed. This is lower and narrower than the main beds, but it has a mattress and bedsheet and duvet/pillow, and it is very comfortable. The sixth member of your group must be a child under sixteen(16) years old please. Also, as already mentioned, no cabins with just children inside(under sixteens) unaccompanied overnight. Regarding carbon monoxide alarms, there is NO source of carbon monoxide in the guest accommodation.
