Ti Héol: charming fisherman's house near the beach

Ti Heol is a charming fisherman's house located in the heart of the village of Kervin adjoining the cove of Lérat in Piriac sur Mer, "small city of character". The house is over 200 years old and is classified as a historic and heritage building. It was completely renovated in 2020/2021. With an area of 90 m2, it includes two levels of 45 m2 each and a garden of 240 m2 separated from the house by the width of the cul-de-sac. A small bucolic path of 500 m leads quietly to Lérat beach. The space The entire house and garden are available for tenant use. It is a private property, the tenants are at home throughout the stay. The garden is separated from the house by the width of the cul-de-sac. It's 3 strides away as shown in one of the photos of the outside. The car can be parked in the garden driveway or at the bottom of the cul-de-sac in a free parking lot. Guest access The whole house and garden are private and at the full disposal of the tenants. Other things to note Pillow covers and pillow covers are provided as well as bath mats. Linens should be provided: sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels. In case of impossibility, it is possible to provide them as an option at the rate of €20/person for the stay. The house user guide will be sent a few days before the start date of the stay. The number of guests is 6 maximum, therefore no additional guests. Stays for groups of young people under 25 are not possible. Parties are not allowed and the quiet of the neighborhood must be respected. Animals are not allowed even if they stay outdoors, this allows guests with asthma allergies to enjoy the space.
