Ground floor: a vast 70m² living room, with a bright, contemporary and generously-equipped open-plan kitchen offering a beautiful view of the wooded garden. The dining room can comfortably seat 6, and opens directly onto the kitchen and, through a large bay window, onto the courtyard and terrace. In the wooden extension on the ground floor, a double bedroom with double bed (140cm), WC and shower room can comfortably accommodate a couple. A TV room is also available in this area. - Upstairs: a master bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 single 90cm beds that can be joined together. Toys are available for children in this room. - Outside: A table for 6 people for lunch or dinner in the private courtyard in front of the house. Behind the house, a large 2000 m2 park, the first part of which is totally private to the house, where you'll find a picnic table for adults and one for children, as well as children's games (trampoline, swing). House located between Amboise and Tours, on the banks of the Cher. Pedestrian (or bicycle) access to the river is possible from the garden. My parents' house is located in the 2nd part of the garden, with a wooden fence marking their property. Other things to note Delimitation of the large park by a claustra, holidaymakers only have access to the first part (+1000m³).
