Private room (#9) is one of three rooms in a newly finished, comfortable and spacious basement (2500 sqft). The room with 200 sqft area offers a very large walk-in closet and storage, a full-sized bed, a sofa/chair and coffee table a desk and chairs, and two night stand/table; Guest will share a full-bath, full kitchen, a large recreation area, and a laundry with other guests in the basement. Room #2, #3, and #4 are on the 2nd floor and every room has its own full private bathroom. Room #5 and #6 on the 1st floor share a full bathroom on the 1st floor. Room #7, #8, and #9 in the basement share a full bathroom in the basement. It is about (+/-) hour and a half from Washington, DC, Charlottesville VA, Richmond, VA and Williamsburg, VA. During your stay We give our guests space but are available when needed.
