Charme apt. few minutes from S. Marco Square

"Casa Chiara" is at 600 mt. from San Marco Square, in "Sestiere Castello", the biggest and most populated neighborhood, out of touristic routes. Our home is in a strategic location, between San Marco and the Arsenal. All around shops, restaurants, and pastry shops. A supermarket is at 3 minutes walking. NO SELF CHECK-IN.Check-in from 2:00 pm until 8pm. €40 from 8pm till 11 pm. After NO CHECK-IN. 1h/1h half from airport to home. 30-45 m. from railway station. The space "Casa Chiara" is located in a Fifteenth Century historical building. Inside we put few, but very significant furnitures of our live: paintings my Mom made for us, thinking about Venice, some furnitures, like Eighteenth chest of drawers in the bedroom, coming from my grand-grandmother home. Our daughter Marta used to live in this home for 3 years and she graduated in Chinese Art and Lenguage, at Ca’Foscari University of Venice. Now she works at Christie’s Auction House in London. Well, now we spend in Venice one long weekend/month and we are really happy to host people that are glad to spend their holidays in a real italian home. Enjoy your stay in Venice!! Other things to note I remind you that to get in the bathroom there is a small staircase. Our is an historical building and it is not allowed to install an air conditioner with external engine.
