The space Our villa in Kırkpınar, the most beautiful region of Sapanca, is located in the center of Kırkpınar and is within walking distance to all cafes, markets, restaurants and the lake. It is also 7 km away from Kartepe Ski Center. Our duplex villa with a pool in a private garden has 3 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a winter garden, a fireplace and a parking lot. Each room has air conditioning. There is also a park bed, high chair and children's park in our villa. All kitchen utensils are available. Guest access Pre-washed and ironed linens and towels are available for all guests. The heating system is a natural gas boiler and there is air conditioning in each room. Do not worry about the temperature, our villa is preheated, the fireplace is lit, the fireplace wood is ready for you. Our barbecue equipment is ready for barbecue enjoyment in the garden. We also have a dining section and a seating section in our warm winter garden.
