The Coach House

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves The space The Coach House is part of an old premises built in the 1800’s. It has recently been renovated keeping many of it’s original features. Inside there is one very low beam which although I don’t have to duck underneath the majority of people do have to. It is attached to our cottage but has its own private access.The Coach house is set within a large garden area both where we have a vegetable plot, chickens and a flower garden . Netherseal is a small village community with a church, village hall, tennis club and sports club ( which non members are welcome) all close to many amenities in neighbouring villages. Guest access Guests have access to their apartment using their own door and access to the garden and outdoor seating. Space adjacent to the greenhouse allows 1 car space ONLY for guests to park in. Other things to note There are stairs leading up to the apartment. A low beam separates the living and sleeping areas. 1 ( one)well behaved dog is welcome but if you wish to bring an additional dog please enquire to see if we can accommodate it and also there may be an additional charge. We also have one very friendly and well behaved Labrador named Winston. Pets are very welcome but we don’t allow dogs to be unattended in the Coach House or garden. Dogs are not allowed on beds.
