The Soper House is a 1,000 sq.ft. ranch-style home with 3 bedrooms & 1 bath perfectly situated on a 5 acre farmette. Located in Fauquier County, VA. also known as Hunt, Horse & Wine country, each of the bedrooms uniquely displaying these historical themes. This charming cottage has a fully functional eat-in kitchen, a living room & a mudroom with W/D for your use. There are a few neighbors that are visible & we live in the adjacent property & can be easily available. The space NO PETS/NO SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED-NO SMOKING-NO VAPING!!The cottage offers 3 bedrooms, a queen, a double & a twin & one full bath w/ tub. In addition to the large appliances the kitchen is also equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, blender & plenty of pots, pans & dishes. Basic condiments will be provided. Evenings can be spent indoors in comfort while listening to vintage vinyl on a classic turntable or if you prefer outdoor seating on the back patio by a warm fire or nestled in romantic bistro chairs in the front yard allows you to capture beautiful views of sunrises, sunsets & wildlife. The property is also great for serious cyclists who enjoy the challenges of hills & windy roads. NO PETS ALLOWED! NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE COTTAGE. Guest access The first floor of the house and the entire yard is available. Please do not access the pole barn or other out buildings. Other things to note Key-less entry on front door, the side door has a keyed lockable handle. The code for the key-less entry will be provided prior to arrival.
