Pelican Coastal Cottage

Pelican Coastal Cottage is located one block from the waters of Core Sound and the ferry to the barrier islands known as the Core Banks, and a short drive away from Harkers Island, Cedar Island, and the Revolutionary town of Beaufort. The local ferry has kayaks and 4 wheel Kubotas for rent and any fishing gear you need. The space The cottage is ~ 900 sq, ft. plus a screened rear porch and front sitting porch. Inside are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, living room with a sofa bed, and a full kitchen with attached dining area. There is also a small storage room with a washer and dryer. Guest access You'll have full access to the house although the owners do keep some possessions in the closets and storage area. Other things to note The water is filtered and we also provide a filtered water pitcher. There is internet service but cell phone service is ~ 2 bars or less for Verizon and AT&T, less for T-Mobile. There is a “smart” TV with Roku and a DVD player.
