We are pleased to welcome you to the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to all major sites to visit, 800 m from the Dordogne, 7 km from Beynac and 17 km from Sarlat. Our three-bed gîte is very suitable for a couple with a child. It consists of a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with an 80 bed, shower room/toilet, private terrace and free parking on the property. The gîte is close to all shops. The space The owners are a couple living upstairs and the cottage is located on the ground floor. Privacy is guaranteed by a high hornbeam hedge. Guest access Tenants have independent access through their private terrace to the accommodation described above and located on the ground floor. Access to the accommodation is via two steps. Other things to note Linen is not included in the reservation. For a package of 30 euros, we offer bed, bathroom and kitchen linen.
