Rental unit in Clovis

The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet. The space It is less than an hour from Kings Canyon National Park, 53 miles from China Peak for all you skier/snowboarding enthusiasts, and 65 miles from Yosemite National Park. In town venues; Save Mart Center: 10 miles as well as Fresno State; Fresno Yosemite International Airport: 11 miles; Downtown Fresno: 17 miles. Full services are within 6.5 miles to the west of us; Downtown Sanger is 7.8 miles; Wild Water Adventure Park is 1.5 miles; Pine Flat Reservoir is 25 miles; Shaver Lake is 30 miles. One mile east of us is a small strip mall with gas, restaurant and convenience stores. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment and private patio as well as the neighborhood street that provides a lovely walk-able space. Other things to note As mentioned, internet service is via Ethernet at the desk in the bedroom and at the dining room table as well as at the TV area. It can support three computers or devices at the same time. All cabling provided.
