Amazing fully refurbished apartment for 6 guests. We are ready to welcome our guests again !!! We are adapted to the strictest measures for the prevention of COVID-19. We were already a benchmark in cleaning, even so we have reinforced ourselves with an ozone cannon to sanitize the apartment at every change of guests. Located on a third floor without elevator. The space Apartment fully renovated. It is located in a 1910 building, which provides it with a very special and unique character. It has been restored trying to highlight its original architecture, which is characterized by the use of solid brick, restored original doors, wooden beams, high ceilings and a bright natural light. We have tried to take care of the smallest details. As regards its equipment, the apartment is provided with Fiber Optic Internet as well as with a 43" Wifi Smart TV so that you can enjoy easily its multiple functions. Apart from this, the washing machine is another important piece of equipment that you will find in this apartment. Since we are concerned about the comfort of our guests, we have equally equipped the apartment with quality furniture that respects the industrial environment. There are high quality mattresses to ensure the best sleepm, and hence you will feel like in a luxury hotel but with the freedom of being at home. The aged oak laminated floors help to give the final touch to this apartment. We are regular users of holiday apartments and, therefore, in several occasions we have found ourselves in the situation of missing an appropriate kitchen. As a consequence, we wanted to equip our apartment with a fantastic and complete one in which you could cook you best dishes as if you were at home. Even if the natural sunlight of the apartment is very bright and delightful, its illumination has been designed in detail by playing with both warm and cold lights that will allow our guests to choose the most comfortable environment. It is located on a real third floor WITHOUT elevator. However, you will easily go upstairs and once you are there and you open the door you will quickly forget about them and start enjoying your stay. We have put a lot of effort in the apartment’s design, just thinking about your comfort, so we sincerely hope you will enjoy the space we have created for you. Guest access Guests have access to all the rooms of the house. We have a crib and a highchair for babies that will be at your disposal in case you need them. You will only have to ask for it. Other things to note The location of the apartment is perfect, next to the L1 station of Santa Eulàlia, only 8 subway stops to Plaza Catalunya and only 4 to Plaza España (Fira de Barcelona) without any transfers. Reach the heart of Barcelona in less than 25 minutes. You can easily get there by subway from the airport since the station is in the terminal itself and you can go straight to Torrassa, where you can transfer with L1. Once in L1, there is only one subway stop to Santa Eulàlia. The Fira 2 of Barcelona is also very close, so you may want to go there by foot in a pleasant walk of 25 minutes. If you prefer, you can go by subway; there are only 4 stops between Fira and Sta Eulàlia. You can also walk easily from de apartment to the Gran Vía 2 shopping mall, which will take you no more than 10-15 minutes. It is an important mall with all facilities, restaurants, shops of the main brands, hairdressers, supermarket, 13 cinemas, etc. Guests have to take into account that in Catalonia it is obligatory to pay a tourist tax in accordance with Law 5/2012 and the decree (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), which approves the Regulation of the tax on stays in tourist establishments. For this reason, we will invoice guests for the value of the tourist tax according to the existing regulatory framework in Catalonia: - 2,20€ per person / day over 16 years old. (VAT Included) The bill will be paid once the guests arrive to the apartment. - if you arrive later than 22:00 you should ask for availability before: ***** for arrival after 22:00 you should pay 20€ on cash on arrival as a late checking. ***** for arrival after 00:00 you should pay 40€ on cash on arrival as a late checking.
