The space Located in the old part of Tbilisi, our charming and cozy apartment for 2-3 guests is close to all main attractions of the city. Apartment is 350 m (4 min) away from Fabrika (once a soviet sewing factory transformed into a urban space that unites cafes and bars, artist studios and shops, etc), 850 m (10 min) walk to the “Dry Bridge” flea market of antiques, 2.2 km (11 min) from David Agmashenebeli Avenue - one of the main avenues in the historical part of Tbilisi known for its 19th century classical architecture. The apartment is also 3.7 km (12 min) away from a small pedestrian street called Shardeni, one of the single centers of the city’s cultural and social life with fashionable galleries and cafes. In 4.0 km (14 min) you can see the so - called “Old Tbilisi” - Historic District located on both sides of the Mtkvari River and dominated by Mount Mtatsminda, Narikala fortress and the Kartlis Deda monument.
