This beachfront home is getaway ready. The large west-facing windows bring nature into the living room & kitchen for a beautiful setting to relax in. Cook dinner with your friends and family to the view of the sunset, dolphins, surfers, and tossing waves. The home has a full kitchen equipped with all pots and pans you need for cooking making it ideal for enjoying the view. It is also located in walking distance to several trendy South Oceanside coffee shops and eateries. The space The space is a standalone duplex, with this unit being the top floor. The downstairs unit is also listed on AirBnb if you are looking for additional space for a family gathering or the like. That being said, you may pass by fellow beach guests in the walkway! Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the upstairs unit and the upstairs front and back patios. Other things to note Mother nature! The beach here is ever-changing so it may look different than in the photos. The height of the tide ranges from up at the rocks to 30-40 yards out depending on the moon cycle, time of day/year, etc. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do:) The unit below is also an AirBnb, there are just two units total on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 9pm so that all guests are able to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves!
