Much loved and enjoyed Family home in idyllic location of Peregian Beach, a short 6 min walk to both the local flagged beach and Village which has wonderful restaurants, cafes, retail, bottle shops, local Pub and a great IGA. Once you a stocked up on what you need, walk home and chillax on the front deck and enjoy the views of the National Park, or take up a book by the pool. There is also a Theatre Room which is sound proof, great for movie night or teenage retreat. The space Our home is the last house in the street, which is a calde sac. It is great for the kids to ride bikes, scooter, shoot some hoops in either of our netball or basketball rings and plenty of space for a game of cricket. Uninterrupted views of the national park, and at night Coolum lights in the distance. It is a very quiet space, but plenty of open outdoor space for everyone to enjoy together as a family or for everyone to have time on their own. A hammock out front, and a trampoline, shed with access to bikes and scooters and varies sporting equipment and pool toys also for your use.
