Cheerful 4 bedroom home to relax in

We hope you can relax and enjoy staying at our home. We are conveniently located between Truro and Falmouth, with a village Spar shop and the nearest beach only 10 minutes away. A beautiful National Trust garden, Trelissick, and The King Harry Ferry to the Roseland Peninsula and St Mawes is very nearby. The house is ideal for accessing local cycle trails and exploring the surrounding area. Devoran tidal creek is close by which is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and crabbing. The space We love our home and hope you do too. The kitchen is well equipped for baking and cooking.The majority of the accommodation is upstairs except the lounge which gives access to the garden, with pond, seating area and fire pit. There is also a polytunnel and vegetable bed where you may be able to pick herbs, tomatoes and strawberries to eat. One bedroom is also downstairs. The master bedroom has a balcony which is ideal for morning coffee on Sunny days. Guest access The whole property is for your use except the dining room/sewing room and my daughter's make up room. The garage will be locked also. If you bring bikes or beach toys, the patio area is lockable from the inside or bring them into the utility room. Other things to note As this is our home, some of our items will be evident in the house and wardrobes but we will leave ample space for you to unpack and relax. Some toys and games and consoles will be available to use. There is firewood for the firepit in the garden if you have an evening toasting marshmallows. The kitchen cupboards will also have seasonings, oils etc for your use but will also have our usual food items which I respectfully ask you to leave. The utility room will have cleaning and laundry products for your use.
