Rustic lakehouse with private beach. Wineries a few minutes away including one on the lake accessible by water. District Wine Village five minutes away. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing on the lake. Golfing, hiking, cycling and dog walking trails nearby. Wine tours, pick up and drop off, available. The space Rustic delight. I share my home, grounds and beach areas with my guests. I live on the lower level with My dogs (a three year old Lab and fourteen year old boxer) with a fenced in deck. Guests have use of the upper level of a 1970’s home with high vaulted ceilings and slate floors throughout. Some cosmetic work needed but it boasts a large spacious suite with an open concept. New furniture. New bathroom. Spacious bedrooms. Large deck overlooking the lake. Orchard area with fruit trees, leading to a pathway going down to the private beach. I share the grounds and beach access with guests. Guest access Private, keyed lock entrance. Onsite, tandem style parking for two cars. Shared grounds and beach access with owner but guest privacy is respected. Other things to note Dogs are allowed based upon approval and with proof of vaccination. There is an additional fee of $25 per dog per night paid separately through the Airbnb resolution centre. The link will be sent to you upon approval. The oven is not available to use but there is a cook-top, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and barbeque. There is also a full size fridge, a Keurig Coffee maker, tea kettle and French press .
