The White House

The White House is a large brand-new villa, on three storeys plus loft, with a private garden. The villa is fully furnished, nicely refined with a modern style, sunny and bright, and fully equipped. It is fitted out with every comfort for a luxury stay, including fully equipped kitchen. In the welcoming garden you can relax below sunshine or have a nice drink at night. It's only 5 minutes walking from Mondello beach, made of fine sand and crystal-clear water, easily reachable by a private path. The space The Villa is located inside a villas complex, with private access and private parking for one vehicle. The villa has three large and comfortable bedrooms and three toilets (shower rooms) one in each floor, for a total area of around 200 m2. It can host up to 8 people. The villa includes: - Ground floor: open space with lounge, with sofa and satellite TV, and kitchen, which includes all you need: electric oven, microwave, dish washer, fridge-freezer, hob and kettle. There is also a comfortable toilet. - First floor: master bedroom, furnished with a large wardrobe and chest drawer, another bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, large balcony with nice garden view, toilet with shower room. - Basement: double bedroom, furnished with a large chest drawer, lounge with built-in wardrobe and a double sofa-bed, toilet with shower room. - Loft: studio/reading area, balcony with nice panoramic view towards Monte Pellegrino. - Outdoor space: large garden, with lawn and several platforms, with relax areas (sofas, chairs, sunbeds) and dining area. There is also an outdoor shower. All the rooms are comfortable and welcoming, all with balconies or windows, for direct sunshine. The villa is fully air-conditioned, to ensure a pleasant temperature throughout the year. Free high-speed Wi-Fi included in all the areas. Also available washing machine (free to use) and if requested baby accessories (highchair, carrycot, pushchair…) also free. Guest access There is a private parking inside the villa.
